KBA Attorneys Have Secured Over $10 Million in the Past Six Months for Nursing Home Victims

obtained justice for another nursing home family. A Balitmore City jury compensated our clients $1,500,000 for the pain and suffering their loved one endued from a bedsore. Nursing home patients develop bedsores from neglect. When staff do not reposition and move them, the skin breaks down.

This painful injury can lead to death, as it did in this case. The victim suffered a Stage IV bedsore because the staff failed to turn and reposition him. The jury found this caused his death.

Fighting for Justice

When mistakes are made, companies should own up and make right. If they don’t, lawsuits are necessary. Sometimes, we must go all the way to trial.
