Andy LeClair is an associate at Ketterer, Browne, and Associates, LLC. Attorney LeClair has dedicated nearly two decades to working with at-risk and justice-involved youth (and returning citizens). He currently serves as the Juvenile Supervising Attorney for the Youth Advocacy Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts, a role that allows him to continue to demonstrate his commitment to protecting the rights and well-being of children within the legal system by supervising advocates that practice within that system.
Attorney LeClair is a certified Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) auditor through the Department of Justice. His certification covers prisons, jails, lockups, and community-based facilities for both juveniles and adults, making him a uniquely qualified resource for investigations and litigation strategies related to sexual and institutional abuse.

Attorney LeClair’s practice at KBA focuses primarily on sexual abuse and institutional abuse cases. Prior to joining KBD, Andy ran his own litigation practice for nearly ten years.
Attorney LeClair earned his JD from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, after earning his Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
