Victory in Discovery: KBA Nursing Home  Litigation Team Wins Motion to Compel Key Evidence

At Ketterer, Browne, and Davani, LLC, we pride ourselves on our relentless pursuit of justice for our clients, particularly in nursing home abuse and neglect cases. This week, our nursing home litigation team  achieved another important victory.

We requested discovery from a nursing home in a nursing home lawsuit. The defendant did not provide it. We filed amotion to compel the production of critical hospice and palliative care policies with the Court. The Court agreed that we should get this discovery, and the Court ordered the defendant in a case against Forestville Healthcare to give us what we want.

This win underscores our team’s commitment to digging deep into the evidence, leaving no stone unturned to uncover the facts. The Court’s order requires the Defendant to produce documents detailing their hospice and palliative care policies within five days—a crucial step in understanding the circumstances surrounding our clients’ loved one’s care.

Our Legal Team’s Newest Addition Made it Happen – A Shoutout to Christopher Somerville

This victory is a testament to the exceptional dedication and skill of our associate, Christopher Somerville. Chris played a pivotal role in crafting and arguing this motion. His unwavering dedication to our clients’ cases consistently deliver outstanding results.
