Jessica Vanden Brink

Jessica Vanden Brink spent the duration of her career as an advocate for victims of all types of personal injury, including abuse, medical malpractice, product liability, pharmaceutical drug and device cases, automobile accidents, dog bites and any other injuries. She has also fought for tenant rights in habitability claims and unlawful detainers. She handles cases from inception through trial. She is licensed in all California State and Federal Courts, although she practices law nationwide. She has also handled appeals and argued cases before the California Court of Appeals. Jessica litigated one of the first California cases involving the Drug Dealer Liability Act against a doctor who was eventually convicted of pushing opioids on college students, several of which died. In her free time, Jessica enjoys running, all things fitness, cooking and sewing. As a California native, she was a semi-professional surfer and surf instructor. She is an animal lover and hosts foster dogs aside from having her own dog.
